The techniques and procedures we will use to clean your exterior surfaces will change from job to job, however for most properties it will follow something like this.
Initially we will set up the pressue washer at the property using a the outside tap and a buffer tank. We will then sweep down or leaf blow the area to be cleaned to remove any big bits of loose debris. Once ready we will use the pressure washer to clean the patio surface. Once we have cleaned the surface an assesment is made to see if softwashing is required to remove residual organic matter. If it is, a softwash will commence which will then be proceeded by a further pressure wash. At this point your patio should be looking fantastic. If requested we are then able to provide a maintenance service at an extra cost to keep your patio looking perpetually clean.
